2. Accounts and Membership
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create profiles that constitute hate speech, harassment, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these policies.

Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your MyCard experience.
Premium Package Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a premium package purchase, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction approval. After this period, refunds will be at the sole discretion of MyCard management based on the nature of the issue.
NFC Card Orders
Due to the customized nature of physical NFC cards, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the printing process has begun. If you receive a defective card, please contact support immediately for a replacement.
